From the Ground Up

Batter boards are up so I starting the plumbing rough in with the help of a friend of mine (Blayne). The first floor will have two and half baths, kitchen with island sink, wet bar in the enclosed rear patio, laundry room sink, shop sink and RV drain in the garage. We are also roughing in a riser for a full bath upstairs for future expansion.
