The Saturday before Memorial Day we received 8 to 10 inches of rain and we could have floated on tubes in the front yard.
While what will eventually be a front yard area flooded because it has not yet been filled in with dirt we had no flooding in the building.
The drainage worked as planned and diverted all the water from the front of the property around the two sides of the building and out the back of the property.
