Tape and floaters got started this weekend and it should all be downhill from here

Double stacked stilts to reach the 13 ft. ceilings

Fireplace

We installed the fireplace, sheetrocked the wall and install the mantle frame work this past weekend

Attic decking

Weekend before last we started decking the entire attic space some of which will house the HVAC unit and duct work and some will be storage.

 

HVAC

Cool Concepts (http://www.coolconceptsair.com/ ) installed the evaporator unit and the duct work in the attic.

 

 

 

 

 

Ceiling Insulation

3 weekends ago we installed 20 rolls of R-30, blew in 60 bags of cellulose insulation.

 

Kitchen Island

Last weekend we framed and sheetrocked  the 9' x 5' kitchen island which will have a granite top.

Sunroom

We installed another 3 of the windows in the back sunroom/enclosed porch area.
